TRC’s Order Management Web Portal allows contract customers, including MHEC Contract Users, to enter new requests and review fulfillment information online, automatically creating a Statement of Work for each order which can be approved electronically. Users can view a Dashboard which shows a record of all their orders and the status of each.

As you may know, OSD has selected a new Managed Service Provider (MSP) for PRF71. For more information please click the Contract User Guide link provided by OSD. PRF 71 User Guide (Link)
As of July 1, 2020, all new requests will have to go through the new MSP. You can still use our web portal to access your dashboard to view previous and current Statement of Work forms. |

Registered Users, including MHEC members, may access the Portal by entering their username and password in the Member Log-in section
to the right.

New Users (who
have not yet registered) should contact The Resource Connection, Inc. at 978-777-9333
or staff@resource-connection.com to register and receive a username and password.
